I’m looking to get Lasik done in the next year…my vision is fairly decent … – .79 is my worst eye… anyone know what the average price should be around for custom lasik? I’m in the NE ohio region if that helps. The people I’ve spoken with have all had terrible vision so I’m wondering if it helps that mine is not.

I recently won a raffle for a free laser surgery, they are sending me a certificate for 00. I’m pretty sure that it is going to cost more than that for both eyes. I’m 14, I’ve worn glasses for 3 years. I don’t mind wearing them but sometimes it kind of bothers if I see a pair of sunglasses I really like but I can’t wear them. I’ve considered getting transitions but I’m not sure. I don’t know how much they are yet. I know the cost of lasik.

Anyway, am I too young to get it? If I’m not, do you think I should?
